I will be able to
bash paleo more effectively if I actually do it.
My friend Tom isn't hardcore Paleo, but he
is hardcore CrossFit.* He's going to give me a diet recommendation and physique performance goals for the month of February and we'll see what happens. It'll probably be some combination of weight, measurements and blood chemistry. Then in April I'll go back to a high-carb endurance-only regimen for a month and see how that looks. Once the metrics and diet are established I'll post it on here with regular updates. The worst that can happen is I'll actually learn something.
