Wacky Moonbat Walks from Tierra Del Fuego to the U.S. in Less Than a Year

...and he's going to keep going until he reaches the Arctic in Prudhoe Bay, Alaska. What is WRONG with these people. (More coverage of people almost as bad, here here here and here.)

From Wiki

If you've read much about this sort of looniness, your first question will be, "But what about the Darien Gap?" Yes. He even walked through the Darien Gap. (tl;dr basically a swampy no-man's land where they've never been able to build a road to connect Panama and Colombia, ruled by poisonous critters and guerillas, that people typically skip and still say they've walked or driven the Americas - and that's really not an exaggeration.) My favorite line in the article: regarding this hike, people "usually don't finish because they fall in love." Read the story at Outside Magazine for more. And while you're at it, subscribe to Outside! I have no personal interest but damn do they cover some interesting stories.
